"Drug Use" Minimise Harm

You are to complete a Research Assignment that emphasises the importance of 'Drug Use' Harm Minimisation. Select a particular Legal or Illegal drug and research the different health aspects related to taking or ingesting the drug. You also need to include the various Health Services that aim to help people by providing education and care regarding drug usage. Devise and create a simple 'Health Promotion' strategy to educate people about your selected drug.
