Criminal Law

Your task is to write an extended response to an aspect of criminal law. Choose from one of the many topics and select an aspect of criminal law, that is controversial. Identify the legal issue and underpinning facts, law and concepts. Look at how the current law is applied, who are the stakeholders and how are they impacted? Is the law just and equitable? Make decisions and/or recommendations justified by reasoned, and logical use of evidence.
